Global Cancer IP Promotion Alliance plans to establish an efficient and sustainable platform for promoting IP transactions, catering to pharmaceutical R&D entrepreneurs, investors, multinational biopharmaceutical companies, scholars, and professional service institutions. In the national "14th Five-Year Plan," Hong Kong was given a new positioning as one of the "Eight Centers," including support for Hong Kong to build a "Regional Intellectual Property Trading Center." By the "15th Five-Year Plan," "supporting Hong Kong in building a regional intellectual property trading center" had become an important strategic direction. This is not only a new engine for Hong Kong's future economic development but also a key step for the country to improve its innovation system and achieve a high level of opening up.
